Boudica by Tristan Bernays
8th to 15th March 2025
Boudica is a modern, ancient history play that tells the story of one of
Britain's most iconic women: a queen, a warrior, a rebel.
The play premiered at the Globe in 2017 to great critical acclaim. It's a thrilling story, with plenty of action,
where the women as well as the men get to do the exciting stuff! The words trip off the tongue,
sometimes drifting into the poetic and at other times into the coarse.
Fast and furious, with elements of humour running through – a pacy, fun watch that will thrill audiences
This amateur production of Boudica is presented by arrangement with Nick Hern Books.
Warnings: Strobe lighting, effects, smoke/haze, loud sound.
